Please copy the message below and send it on to as many steppers as you can please! This is an open message to ALL steppers. Please share it with as many people as possible. As many of you may already know I started a new web
site for the benefit of the greater steppers community. It's called
History of Stepping Project. I wish to encourage you to add your
knowledge to the timeline. If you know anything about stepping, please
share this with the public on this site. We are looking for all
information related to stepping from it's beginnings to the present. The
information literally includes everything from clubs and bars which held
steppers sets and parties to contests and the participants and results,
to when different steppers organizations and classes started, who the
instructors were and are; Musical bands, and artists, DJ's, radio and
television personalities, Movies, videos, and photos… literally
everything stepping. The effort requires more than just posting the information. The need for fact checkers, people willing to do some research exists in this important ongoing project. Just a few minutes a week can make a difference. Thank You for your time! Markie Bee

Yesterday
the last reason for me to go to Club D'Elegance left the building. To
explain, let me back track a few months. Since the days of 3-G's I was
the webmaster of the club's web sites, I transitioned it from
3-Gsclub.Com to ClubDElegance.Com. I watched as they went through the
phony ownership changes as the ownership cabal put someone different up
as their front man and called it new ownership and back again. My
business relationship with the club waned as I didn't get paid, so the
only times I went to "Club Lack-O Elegance" was when one of my clients
needed me there to shoot photos or video. In the last month, the
decision was made by the mis-management of the club to schedule
something in place of the long standing class I took photos at on
Saturdays. Reducing my commitment to work at that location to one client
who I take photos and shoot occasional video for. Yesterday was that
classes last Sunday at "Club Lack O Elegance". Over the last few months,
I've seen the club get rid of four stepping classes (One on Wednesday,
One on Saturday, and two on Sunday). A continuance of the actions of the
past where the mis-management of the club has continued it's pattern of
lies and deceit to the steppers community in search of the quick profit.
Well, now that I have no good business reason to go to the club, all I
can say is at least now I don't have to waste my valuable gas for the
trip to the one time great club.
